This Power BI Advanced training module can be organized in Luxembourg, Brussels, Paris or anywhere within your offices. It is intended for participants who will design and edit reports with more advanced DAX functions and interactive features.
Prerequisites: This session is an optional add-on to “Power Bi – Design a report from scratch” should you wish to learn certain advanced features. Having all the Power Query and Power BI background provided by the initial 3-day course is required.

- Review best practices with Power BI.
- Produce a calendar table in M language.
- Normalize your data.
- Work with multiple date fields and deal with inactive relationships: USERELATIONSHIP.
- Further your DAX knowledge:
- Obtain a ranking: RANKX, ADDCOLUMNS, SUMMARIZE, TOPN.
- Deal with blanks: ISBLANK.
- Make your report more user-friendly:
- Create “master-detail” reports using extraction filters.
- Prepare dynamic comments and titles.
- Customize tooltips.
- Use parameters to toggle between measures on a report page.
